Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in the full loss of the session and any payment made.
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or full treatment fee.

Our treatment packages are thoughtfully curated and offered at a preferential rate to reward commitment and continuity of care.
• All packages are strictly non-refundable once the course of treatment has commenced.
• Package pricing reflects a discounted investment, which is granted on the understanding that the full course of sessions will be completed.
• By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and agree to commit to the entire treatment plan as recommended by your practitioner.
L’eto Clinic reserves the right to refuse continuation of treatment where deemed clinically inappropriate, in which case this will be discussed with you directly.
